  • Structured Data (Output): The resulting JSON files generated by the Service.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Data Extraction: To process your PDF files and convert them into structured JSON data for use in industrial information systems.
  • Human-Assisted Verification (HITL): To ensure maximum accuracy, authorized TechPubs.ai specialists may review fragments of your documentation to verify and correct the AI’s output.
  • Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance.

4. Data Processing & Human-in-the-Loop

Our “Human-Assisted AI” approach is governed by strict security protocols:

  • Access to customer documentation is restricted to authorized personnel on a “need-to-know” basis.
  • All employees and contractors are bound by legally enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • We do not use your proprietary technical documentation to train public AI models or to benefit other clients.
